EWA Announces Soft Opening of Its New Customer Service Branch in Seef Mall - Muharraq
The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) announced today the soft opening of its new customer service branch in Seef Mall - Muharraq.
This is part of the Authority's ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of its customer service and improve the experience for citizens and residents. Starting on today, July 24, 2023, customers can prebook appointments to visit the new branch using the Skiplino app. The branch will be open from Sunday to Thursday, operating from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Moreover, It provides a wide range of services, such as move in, electricity connection and disconnection, technical and technological services, and more.
The Authority emphasised its commitment to developing the services provided to customers within a timeframe aimed at improving the customer experience by completing transactions seamlessly and quickly.
In addition, EWA offers various channels to serve customers, including electronic services through the national portal of the Kingdom of Bahrain, a virtual branch that enables customers to access EWA services without visiting the physical center, and a home visit service for the elderly and people with disabilities.
