  PLANNING ST AGE

A/ Benayat System -main features : 

1. Submitting the application by the Publisher Engineering office.
2. Review of the application by the Reviewer Engineering office. 
3. Attaching the water supply layout and schematic drawings.
4. Issuing the building permit after paying the fees for the municipality.
5. Audit the water supply layout and schematic drawings by Water Conservation Section.
6. Where the drawing is not matching the Water Regulations, they should be resubmitted after correction.

B/ One stop shop System -main features : 

1. Attaching the water supply layout and schematic drawings.
2. Reviewing the water supply layout and schematic drawings by Water Conservation Section.
3. The approved or rejected applications will be returned to the One Stop Shop.
4. Resubmitting the rejected applications to Water Conservation Section after correction.

 


IMPLEMENTATION STAGE -main features :  

     1. Submit the plumber compliance form to the Customer Service Directorate if the site is prepared and in compliance with water regulations.

2. Submitting power meter application to the Customer Service Directorate.
3. Water Conservation Section receives the applications through the OUC system.
4. Arranging an appointment with the licensed plumber.
5. Site inspection .
6. If the site is fulfilling Water Regulations, the application to be approved in OUC and send to Customer Service Directorate.
7. If the site is not fulfilling Water Regulations, another appointment to be arranged after correcting the violations.
