IDIdentification card for Bahraini citizens & Residents or GCC nationals, or a passport for non-residents and investors, or a copy of the commercial registration for companies.
(Deposit/Credit) Refund Request Filling and signing the application by the customer or their authorized representative, with a copy of the official authorization.
Legal Inheritance Document A document from the Sharia court specifying the legal heirs.
IBAN Certificate An official document or certificate issued by the relevant bank confirming the International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
Power of attorney Official power of attorney from all heirs or personal attendance at the customer service center
​Death certificate Copy of the death certificate
ID cards ID card copies (both sides) or ID card reading data for the heirs
