Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Abdulhussain Mirza received CEO of Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company Dr. Adel Habil, who was accompanied by a delegation of company officials.
The minister praised the efforts and activities of the company in serving Bahrain's economic and commercial sector, all of its segments, individuals and institutions.
The visitors expressed their desire to provide financing solutions for solar energy projects implemented at the institutional level or even individuals wishing to install solar systems on their homes and facilities and provide convenient installment in cooperation with the Sustainable Energy Center of the Electricity and Water Authority.
Dr. Mirza expressed his thanks and appreciation to the company for taking the initiative in this regard based on their belief in the importance of encouraging the use of clean energy because of its positive impact on reducing the costs of using traditional electricity.
Dr. Mirza said the company and the Sustainable Energy Center will be coordinating to study the best ways to provide financing solutions in this area.
The visitors expressed their thanks and appreciation to the minister and officials for the welcome and the hospitality and for opening up prospects for cooperation in the field of financing renewable energy projects.
